GARMENT CARE
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BATHROBE?
To keep your Emmanuelle Jéan robe soft and beautiful, we recommend machine washing cold on its own and tumble drying on low for a plush finish. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can affect the texture and color of the cotton.
Because each robe is made from 100% cotton terry, loose threads are a natural part of wear. Always trim them carefully - never pull - to maintain the integrity and feel of your robe.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working hard to expand our shipping options and hope to reach more locations in the near future.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
As a small brand that has just launched, we appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care. Processing typically takes 2–4 business days, though during launches or restocks, it may take a little longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND OPTIONS?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders.
