Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags fully intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

To start a return, please contact us at info@emmanuellejean.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@emmanuellejean.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
