Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States using UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (estimated)

• Express options may be available at checkout

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. Armed Forces addresses, and Canada 

International Orders (Canada) 
Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are not included in your order total at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
