Such a beautiful, luxurious robe. It’s thick, soft, and has the perfect oversized fit. I had a small issue with one of the belt loops, but it was addressed immediately and the customer service was great. I love how the brand stands behind its products. Definitely one of my favorite purchases and need more colors!!!

Broke within 1 week of use. The side tie fell apart by the seams. Since it is made of thick terry like material, it's impossible to hand sew it on my own. Extremely displeased.
